I have parts 24 inch x 38 inch x 5 inch width. Can you do those.

Yep, in fact we can do parts much larger! Our oven is capable of parts up to 15 feet long and 6 feet wide. Let us know if we can answer any questions about your parts or project!

As of September 2019 we now have the capability to blast parts up to 7 feet long and 3 feet wide! Our coating capabilities are similar to the below post (16-17 feet long and 5-6 feet wide). Call us to discuss your project or parts!

Powder Doctor 

We have the current capability (as of Jan 2019) to powder coat most objects, parts up to 16 feet long and 5 feet wide. There are exceptions to that general rule and our shop is growing everyday to take on even larger projects. As for the blasting or chemical stripping services we offer, unfortunately we can only go up to 40 inches in length and 24 inch wide. Once again we are continually upgrading our services so please give us a call even if you think your project is larger than those above.
