Black Powder Coating
Powder Doctor uses a standard 20% gloss TGIC polyester for its black coating with other gloss levels ranging from 5-90%. This polyester coating has great coverage, color retention in outdoor environments and gives a long lasting durable coating. The gloss level of this coating can be increased with a clear top coat, adding additional protection to your parts.

Uses
Our black coatings can be use in most environments whether indoors or outdoors with a gloss level of 5-90%. Most outdoor environments such as patio furniture, lawn furniture, decorative items, car parts, motorcycle parts, or fencing can be coated with this polyester powder coating.
Used in: outdoor environments like patio or lawn furniture, decorative items, fencing, railing, vehicle parts. All indoor furniture with UV exposure.
